Christmas Mini Session Booking Policy
Arrival & Timing
Our Christmas sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive right on time for your slot. If you’re early, kindly wait in your car until your session begins. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will unfortunately mean your session is cancelled, as we must stay on schedule for all families. Thank you for understanding
Reschedules & Cancellations
Once booked, sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Missed sessions will be forfeited, so please double-check your date and time. (No refunds or reschedules will be allowed under any circumstances)
Family Limits
This session is limited to immediate family only (Max 2 Adults and 2/3 children)
Outfits
Clients should arrive dressed and ready for their session.
Setups
1 Setup as shown in the image — The Arch Fireplace
Babies & Children
Children must be able to sit unassisted to be photographed alone. If not, a parent will need to be in the photos to support them.
After Your Session
Please leave the studio promptly so we can prepare for the next family. Your edited online gallery will be delivered by 23 December (depending on your session date).
Editing
Images are carefully selected and beautifully retouched at the photographer's discretion no reedits of images will be allowed — no unedited images or sneak peeks are provided.
Waiting & Toilets
There is no waiting area, so please wait in your car until your time slot. Make sure everyone uses the restroom before arriving to avoid interruptions.
Parking & Address
📍 88 Buitekant Street, Protea Heights, Brackenfell (Northern Suburbs)
Parking is available on the pavement. Please ring the bell at the gate when you arrive.
Communication
All questions should be asked before your session, as we’re unable to take calls or messages during shoots.
