Christmas Session Important Information

ARRIVAL TIME
Your booking time is your shooting time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time, dressed and ready to photograph.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional shooting time.

OUTFITS
Please arrive dressed and ready for your Christmas Mini Session. One outfit/look per booking is permitted. No outfit changes are permitted during the session.

PEOPLE
Christmas Mini Sessions are strictly limited to 4 people per booking. No additional people may participate in the session.

CHRISTMAS SETUPS / THEMES
Multiple Christmas setups/themes may be available.

Please double-check your selected Christmas setup/theme before completing your booking.

Your selected setup/theme cannot be changed once your booking has been confirmed.

BABIES & YOUNG CHILDREN
For safety, babies who cannot sit independently must be photographed with a parent or adult providing support.

Babies and young children must be able to participate safely in the session.

TIMING
Christmas Mini Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive prepared and ready so that we can make the most of your allocated session time.

IMAGES
Your package includes the stated number of professionally edited digital images.

Images are carefully selected and edited by LiMia Photography. Unedited/RAW images are not provided.

NO SNEAK PEEKS
Christmas galleries are delivered once the images have been professionally edited. Sneak peeks are not guaranteed.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Christmas Mini Sessions are subject to our strict no-refund policy.

Please double-check your selected date, time and Christmas setup/theme before completing your booking.

Once booked, Christmas Mini Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or changed to a different date, time or setup/theme.
