Sessions run back-to-back on a strict schedule. Please arrive exactly on time for your allocated slot.

If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car until your session begins. If you are late, your session may be shortened or missed entirely.

No refunds or reschedules will be given, and the number of final images delivered cannot be guaranteed.

Please do not message to say you’re “5 minutes late” and then arrive later—sessions will be cancelled immediately if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.

We understand life happens, but for Christmas sessions, our schedule is strict to ensure every family has a smooth experience.

Once booked, sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you do not attend, your booking will be forfeited.

Standard Kids Session → up to 2–3 children per family. No cousins, friends, or mixed families.

Family Session → up to 2 adults & 2–3 children per family. No extended family, cousins, or friends.

Only participants being photographed are allowed inside the studio—no spectators, nannies, or additional family members.

Standard Sessions (Kids or Family)

Please arrive fully dressed and ready.

Styled Sessions (Kids or Family)

Mom: 1 dress provided (sizes S–XXL).

Girls: 1 dress provided (up to age 10, styles and sizes may vary).

Men & Boys: Must arrive dressed and ready. We provide festive accessories (bow ties, ties, suspenders).

Kids Sessions:

Both setups will be available for children — Pink Nautical and Express Train.

Kids setups are child-only; parents are not included.

Family Sessions: 1 main setup → Green Christmas Setup.

Children must be able to sit unassisted to be photographed alone.

Otherwise, a parent must be in the images to support them.

Please ensure your child is well-rested and fed before the shoot.

Please leave the studio promptly so we can prepare and clean for the next client.

You will receive your edited online gallery no later than 23 December (depending on your booking date).

Images are hand-selected to showcase the best moments.

No unedited images or sneak peeks will be provided.

Editing includes standard retouching only (no advanced edits).
