How old should my baby be?
Our first birthday sessions are designed for babies celebrating their first or second birthday.
How do I choose a theme?
After the booking, we'll share our theme collection with you so you can browse the available options and choose your favourite.
Do I need to bring a cake?
For the Cake Smash & Bath - Cake supplied by LiMia Photography
What should my baby wear?
Your session includes access to the LiMia studio wardrobe. Choose from our selection of baby outfits, or combine studio pieces with your own looks.
Is a splash bath included?
The Bath Splash is included in the Signature Cake Smash & Bath Collection.
The Tiny Birthday Portraits Collection does not include a bath.
Can family or sibling photos be included in the Cake Smash session?
Mom + Dad included in 3 seated portraits with the little one
What happens if my baby doesn't cooperate?
Don't worry — babies don't always follow the plan!
We keep sessions relaxed and baby-friendly, follow your little one's lead and allow them time to settle and explore.

How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your professionally edited gallery will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after your session. During peak season, please allow up to 4 weeks.

Our studio is located in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
